I’m a business development manager for a large farming enterprise in country WA, which means I am involved in implementing new agricultural practices into existing farming systems. I love my job and especially enjoy the research and development side of things. It is both challenging and demanding and I work hard at it. However, I do believe in maintaining a healthy work/rest balance and if push came to shove I will always put those in whom I love first.____
I was born and raised living between the city and the country, so I have acquired a taste and appreciation of both types of living. At this time of my life however, my home is in the country. I have a great set of friends and a very good lifestyle.

In the future I would like to be able to be financially independent so I can devote myself fulltime to helping others. This is where I find the most satisfaction in life. To be able to give and share without expecting anything in return gives so much fulfillment and pleasure.

I believe that people can change and that they can become anybody they want to be. I have set some seriously high goals for myself as a person and while realising that I am not perfect and never will be, if I only ever get halfway there I will still be a far better man than I am now.

I guess the best question to ask is what I believe a man should be to you? A man should love you with all his heart; He will do his best to meet your needs spiritually, emotionally, and physically. He will be your best friend, your lover and your confidant. He will be a man of integrity, dignity and honour. To describe it in a nutshell he needs to be like a lion, strong, courageous, loyal, passionate, fierce, dangerous, yet posses the heart of a lamb, tender, caring, gentle, compassionate, kind, playful and loving. He will love her for who she is, faults and all, he will be captivated by her smile and will feel at home when he gets, that happy contented glint in her eyes. He will have nothing but delight for the woman.

It’s all a very soppy I know, but there is another side of me. I love adventure; i believe in taking risks and it often gets me in trouble. While I see myself as a committed Christian and stand by my principles, I don’t like to boxed in by what the “church” believes is right. This means that I generally walk on a fine line and from time to time I over-step the mark, which thankfully I usually realise and repent. The other side of this is that I have far more opportunities to live my life to the full.

Having fun and a good laugh is a high priority in my life and often it’s found in the simple things. In life’s little idiosyncrasies, silly witty jokes, card games (uno and skipbo are a favourite), and especially just spending time with friends and family.

Hobbies? Well I love surfing, cruising the city on my motorbike when I’m in the city, hiking, camping, playing football and other sports, reading, watching a good movie (I have to admit I like romantic comedies but also love movies like Braveheart and Gladiator), and if you haven’t noticed I love to write.

Travelling is also a big part of my life and I make sure I go overseas at least once every year. I have a heart for adventure so I do not spend my time lazing around doing nothing on holidays. I like to explore new places, go hiking, camping but then I also like going to the opera, seeing classical music, or visiting a museum or art gallery. Sometimes it is just interesting wandering through a foreign city looking at its architecture or sitting on a park bench watching people. So my adventures are varied. I think it is important to have these similar interests in common.

Finally, what kind of woman do I want? I guess I’ll give you the short version. A REAL woman! Graceful, inspiring with integrity and dignity. Courageous, caring, loving, loyal, passionate, loving, tender, adventurous and the list goes on... But most of all a person to share and experience life with and will stand beside me, through the hard times and the good in the adventure we call life.

Kids are fine In fact I love the little critters. They always seem so good at reminding you about all the really important stuff in life. So if you have kids I will love them all the same.

Long distance relationships are cool for me as well and as I said I love to travel, so coming to see you would be a joy. However, my life at the moment is here in Australia, living in the bush so just remember that. So in effect I would be taking you away from your friends, family and everything familiar to you. The question you have to ask yourself is would you be able to handle that?
